This award is for any individual or team within the Public Sector who/ which has worked to deliver an amazing customer experience from beginning to end. If an individual or team has met and exceeded your expectations, nominate today.
Hospitality
The Hospitality award combines leisure, accommodation, tourism, restaurants, cafes and bars. A key part of island life, this is for the teams and businesses who not only provide a fabulous experience to locals, but dazzle our visitors and make them want to return. This is usually our most popular category - so get nominating!
Rising Star
This is to recognise extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit - from sole traders to SME’s. This category is open to a new business launched since the previous awards held in May 2023. It’s been a testing time to launch a new business, so what better way to recognise those new entrepreneurs who have listened, cared and above all delivered a superb consumer experience. This is open to all sectors.
Transportation
This award is for any individual, team or business in the transportation sector who/ which works to deliver outstanding customer service, often under difficult conditions. It’s open to all airlines, ferry services, coach companies, hire cars and taxi firms. If your expectations have been exceeded by a person, or team, in this sector, please nominate.
Retail
This award is for any retailer - large or small - which consistently provides a fantastic customer experience.
Digital & Tech
This award is for any business or group who have harnessed the power of social media, technology and digital to strengthen customer engagement. From apps to websites, AI to email marketing – this category recognises those businesses who use technology to drive great customer service.
Most Improved Business
This award is aimed at businesses which, no matter what their starting point, have demonstrated huge dedication to improving the experience they offer to their customers. They may have invested in significant training, mirrored their industry’s best practice, hired new team members, or otherwise shown their commitment to changing for the benefit of their customers.
Motoring
This award is for anyone who provides you with impressive customer service from the motoring sector – dealerships, mechanics and forecourts. This showcases those businesses whose service is personal and not just transactional – those great businesses who build great relationships and make a difference.
Professional Services
This award is for anyone who provides wonderful customer service from the professional services sector. This is open to businesses such as architects, accountants, lawyers and estate agents.
Health & Wellbeing
This award is for anyone who provides spectacular customer service, creating a culture of care around their clients. This category is open to hair salons, beauty therapists, dentists, yoga and wellbeing professionals.
Trade
This award is for an individual, team or business within the trade sector. The winner will have gone the extra mile to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is open to all trades.
Construction
This award is for any individual or team within the the building supplies and construction sector who/ which has delivered superb customer service. Please nominate if someone has gone above and beyond.
Leadership in Customer Service
This award will go to an individual leader or leadership team who/ which has enabled excellent customer service within the business, regardless of sector. This person or team leads by example and facilitates processes by which the team feels empowered to provide great customer service.
Accessibility
This will be awarded to a person or organisation which goes above and beyond in the provision of accessibility thus ensuring excellent customer service. Nominate a staff member or business which you feel deserves this recognition.
Contact Centre
This award is for an organisation which demonstrates superb customer service via its contact centre (helpdesk, service centre, call centre etc). Nominate the business you feel really hits the mark in this area, regardless of sector.
