The nomination period for the 2019 customer service awards has now closed.
Thank you to the thousands of customers who have taken the time to nominate an individual, team or organisation for their fabulous customer service.
Everyone nominated has the chance to be shortlisted for one or more of the 11 categories.
We are now reviewing all of the entries (every single one is reviewed), ready for the awards judging panel to review. The Jersey entries will be judged on Tuesday 1st October at the Jersey Chamber of Commerce. The Guernsey entries will be judged on Wednesday 9th October at the Old Government House Hotel.
All shortlisted organisations, teams and individuals will be invited to the champagne and canapes awards night to find out who the winner is. The Jersey awards ceremony is on Monday 21st October at the Royal Yacht Hotel. The Bailiwick of Guernsey awards ceremony is on Thursday 24th October at the Duke of Richmond Hotel. All finalists will be given tickets to the event free of charge, but additional tickets for the events can be purchased here and everyone is welcome to attend.
