After much deliberation, the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Customer Service Awards has been announced.

Due to the very challenging position so many businesses are facing at the moment, we respect that everyone’s time and attention is needed elsewhere. To hold a competitive event over the summer will be too early for many organisations coming out of a very unsettling period of time. Therefore we have agreed that the 10th Customer Service Awards will be postponed until 2021.

This is the first time the Customer Service Awards have had to be cancelled but we are confident that the 2021 awards will be better than ever.

We are already thinking about the 2021 awards.  If you are a business who would like to inspire great service from your employees and encourage customers to nominate you, please register below for FREE materials which will be delivered next year before the 10th awards are launched.
