Register now for the 2020 Sure Guernsey and Jersey Customer Service Awards!
Despite the new Covid-19 environment that we now live in, the awards are still happening. We are trying to focus on the positives at the moment; we are already hearing of amazing stories where individuals teams and organisations are going out of their way for their customers – let’s hope these champions get the recognition they deserve when this is all over.
From 1st June to mid September we will be asking customers to nominate their Channel Islands customer service champions for an award. We are looking for any individual, team or business who goes the extra mile to impress their customers. (Online nominations are now open – earlier than normal as we are hearing of so many incredible service experiences as the islands cope with our new Covid-19 environment. We want you to have the opportunity to nomination now online. Paper nominations will still be available around the islands from June onwards, when hopefully the islands will be returning to some sense of normality).
