What are the awards all about?
The Channel Islands Customer Service Awards are all about recognising excellence and improving the service we receive in the islands.
Better customer service means a nicer day for everyone. Customers feel happier, employees are happier and organisations are happier as they see their business thrive.
We are looking for the amazing businesses, teams and individuals that are doing the islands proud. Nominations for these customer service champions can be made when the next awards open. After a rigorous judging process we then invite a number of specially selected finalists to win one of eleven awards at separate celebratory events in Jersey and Guernsey in the autumn.
How do the awards work?
The awards depend on public nominations, with customers telling us when someone has gone the extra mile. We don’t want to know if things were ok – but about those times when someone has really impressed you.
These awards do not work on the quantity of nominations – our judging panel look for the nominations that really stand out. Sometimes one amazing nomination can be better than 100 average ones.
We also accept nominations from businesses – they may have an amazing team or individual that deserves recognition. As long as the entry is supported by customer feedback, their entry will be considered next to any other nominations they may receive.
