Finalists announced for the Livingroom Customer Service Awards

The shortlisted finalists have been announced in this year’s Livingroom Customer Service Awards.

Following a six-week voting process, during which the general public was able to nominate the individual or team they felt deserved an accolade for outstanding customer service, the judging panel met earlier this week to decide top three nominees and a winner in each of the 10 categories.
