The Normans Customer Service Awards – and the winners are…

The crowds gathered in Liberty Wharf on Friday 4 October to see the 2013 Normans Customer service Awards ceremony which was hosted by Channel 103FM’s Chris Halford.

The judging panel had selected a shortlist and a winner for each individual category earlier in the week. All individual and corporate category winners were presented a newly designed trophy, especially commissioned for this year’s event.

Tim Darwin from event sponsor Normans then presented the overall winner’s trophy, which this year went to Tot Stop Creche at Grand Marche – also winners of the Award for Best Customer Experience.

Julie Todd Managing Director of event organiser Todd and Associates was delighted with how the event had gone this year:

“We were inundated with nominations – an amazing 8,271!  The judges had a really tough job on their hands – there were so many worthy winners. I was delighted to see so many people at the presentation – the Jersey public has really got behind the whole event.”
